ZBA Variance Hearing

The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 7:30 pm in the town hall for a Variance application for Zoning Ordinance Article IV. Section B.3.d(2), submitted by Wellinghall Farm.   The property’s location is 567 Main Street, Map & Lot 1-50.  The request is to permit 2 cupolas to be constructed on the proposed venue building, increasing the overall height of the building to 42’9” where only 35’ is permitted under the ordinance.

The complete application is on file in the Selectmen’s office and is available to the public during normal business hours, Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
