Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 7:30 pm in the town hall for Variance and Special Exception applications for Zoning Ordinance Article V11.D, section 1.a, submitted by Meisner Brem Corp.   The property location is 432 Main Street, Map & Lot 2-75-4.  The request is for a proposed ADU to be 950 sq ft where 750 sq ft is allowed and a proposed garage to be 43.4 ft from a wetland where 75 ft is required.

The complete applications are on file in the Selectmen’s office and are available to the public during normal business hours, Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
