The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on January 11, 2022 at 7:30 pm in the town hall to discuss a Special Exception Application for Zoning Ordinance Article IV section 4 submitted by Steve Pascoe for property located at 70 Sweet Street. This is a request for an Accessory Dwelling Unit of 410 sq ft. The complete application is on file in the Selectmen’s office and is available to the public during normal business hours, Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
