Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on August 17, 2021 at 7:30 pm in the town hall for continuance of a Variance application submitted by OSP Realty LLC c/o Steve Pascoe. Location of the property is 5 Red Pine and Colby Road, Map and Lot 3-90-11. This application is for 3 requests: 1. to allow for the existing structure to be less than 30’ front setback. 2. To permit a lot of less than 2 acres. 3. To allow existing structure and existing/proposed septic system to be within wetlands buffer and for lot to contain less than 1.0 acres of upland. The intent is to allow for the subject parcel to be subdivided into two separate lots. The complete application is on file in the Selectmen’s office and available to the public during business hours.
