The Danville Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 7:30pm in the town hall. The Agenda includes: 1.An amended site plan application for Charbro LLC located at 27 Main Street, Map & Lot 3-161-1-1. The proposal is for a 40'x60' addition on the North side of the existing building consisting of 2400 square feet and containing 2 stories. The area will be utilized for office and general contractor use. 2. 14 Olde Road Preliminary Discussion. 3. Project Checklist for Eversource discussion. 4. Master Plan discussion
