The Danville Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 7:30pm in the town hall.  The Agenda includes: 1. Subdivision application for Map & Lot 4-1-1, adjacent to 362 Main Street, submitted by Daniel Perry Builders, LLC.  This is a request to subdivide the remaining land of the recently approved subdivision in which the house was subdivided from the parcel.  The proposal is to subdivide the property into two single family residential building lots. 2.  Final approval for subdivision proposal at 582 Main Street, Map & Lot 2-28, submitted by David Cunningham.  Conditions of the approval have been met.  3.  Preliminary Discussion for 134 Sandown Road, Map & Lot 1-15 requested by Philip and Gertrude Nugent for possible development. 4.  Preliminary discussion for Map & Lots 2-44 & 2-46 for a possible lot line adjustment requested by Donald Pryor. 

The public is invited but not required to attend.  Masks are no longer required but, attendee’s may continue to do so if desired.  The complete application is on file in the Selectmen’s office and available to the public during normal business hours, Mon – Thurs from 8am – 4pm.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to 603-382-8253 x4.
