Planning Board

The Danville Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 7:30pm in the town hall.  The Agenda includes: A Subdivision Application submitted by David LaPlume for 10 Cote Drive, Map and Lot 4-2-1.  This proposal is to convert an existing duplex into a condex and to discuss any waiver requests.   A Subdivision Application submitted by Lake Realty Trust for Stage Coach Estates located on Sandown Road, Map and Lot 1-19-B. Election of Planning Board officers will also take place.

The public is invited but not required to attend.  Masks are no longer required but, attendee’s may continue to do so if desired

The complete applications are on file in the Selectmen’s Office and are available to the public during normal business hours, Mon – Thurs from 8am – 4pm.
