Planning Board

The Danville Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 7:30pm in the town hall.  The Agenda includes: 1.  A continuance of Stage Coach Estates Subdivision, Map and Lot 1-19-B.  2. A Lot Line Adjustment application for 599 Main Street, Map and Lot 1-43, Tuckertown Road & Heron Drive, Map and Lot 1-52.  3.  A discussion regarding a State denial for access to Route 11 for Jim Boraczek’s property at Frye Road, Map and Lot 4-242.

The public is invited but not required to attend.  Masks are no longer required but, attendee’s may continue to do so if desired.  The complete applications are on file in the Selectmen’s office and are available to the public during normal business hours, Mon – Thurs from 8am – 4pm.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to 603-382-8253 x4.
