What Criteria Will The Building Committee Utilize to Identify Possible Police Facility Locations?

There are many criteria involved, including but not limited to:

• Effort to prepare undeveloped land whether town or private/commercial property
• Retrofit of existing town or other property structures
• Building Structure Type: Wood frame ground up, wood modular, Metal, etc
• Cost, expansion, future longevity, overall value
• Town Tax implications 
• Police facility wants VS Needs
