The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the Town Hall on October 4, 2016 at 7:30pm to discuss the following: Peter Gorton of 78 Walker Road is requesting a variance of the Danville Zoning Ordinance article VL.A, regarding lots with less than 200’ of frontage for a proposed subdivision. The lot is known as Tax Map and Lot 3-21-15.
The complete application is on file in the Selectmen’s office and is available to the public during normal business hours of Monday through Thursday, 8am to 4 pm. If you have any questions, please call 382-8253, ext. 4
The Board will also discuss possible amendments to the Danville Zoning Ordinance.
