Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on July 7, 2020 at 7:30 pm in the town hall for continuance of 2 variance applications for Zoning Ordinance article VIII.


 Daniel Anzalone of 148 Emerald Drive, requesting to permit construction of a 40’x60’ detached garage within the 75’ buffer zone of existing wetlands


 Noel & Tom Gordon of 105 Caleb Drive, requesting to permit an 18’x24’ inground pool and a 10’x16’ shed with concerns of wetlands on the property.



The complete applications are on file in the Selectmen’s office, and are available to the public.
