The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Wednesday March 1, 2023 at 7:30pm in the town hall for continuance of a Special Exception application for Zoning Ordinance Article IV, section 2.a-e, submitted by John Grover who resides at 45 Beechwood Drive, map & lot 2-65-13. This is a request for a Customary Home Occupation for an excavation company doing small residential jobs and land clearing.
The complete application is on file in the Selectmen’s office and is available to the public during normal business hours, Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
