Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a site walk on 6/2/2021 at 5:30pm at 37 Ward Way.  This is in reference to case 2021-2 for a Variance Application for Zoning Ordinance Article VIII Section D.1.a and D.2.a .  The application was submitted by Brian and Linda Sultzbach for a proposed 12'X26' inground pool within the wetlands setback.

The complete application is on file in the Selectmen's office and is available to the public during normal business hours, Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4pm.
