Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on June 23, 2020 at 7:30pm in the town hall to discuss an appeal from an administrative decision. The applicant, Edward Delorey, Delridge Realty, LLC owner of the property known as Tax Map and Lot 2-75-1, on Route 111A, is appealing a denial of a building permit by the building inspector. The complete application is on file in the Selectmen’s office and is available to the public.
Abutters and other interested parties are invited but not required to attend the public hearing. If you are unable to attend but would like to express an opinion, comment, or question, you may submit your signed position in writing, and send it to the Danville Town Hall, attention: ZBA, at the above address or by email to AssessingAdmin@townofdanville.org.
