Planning Board

he Danville Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 7:30pm in the town hall.  The Agenda includes: A Subdivision application for a lot line adjustment submitted by Richard Russack of 21 Beach Plain Road, Map & Lot 2-24-1.  The proposal is a simple lot line adjustment in which a 7.89  acre portion of the easterly end of lot 2-24-1 will be conveyed to lot 2-24-1-1, which is town owned land.  The expanded Town land will now contain a total of 18.47 acres. The right-of-way from Sawmill Road will no longer benefit the remaining land of Russack, but will now benefit the expanded Town owned property. 

The complete application is on file in the Selectmen’s office and available to the public during normal business hours, 8am – 4pm, Monday – Thursday.
