Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2020 at 7:30 pm in the town hall to discuss 2 continuances:

   1.  Variance applicationfor Zoning Ordinance Article VIII, section D 1-A.  This is a rquest from Daniel Anzalone of 148 Emerald Drive to permit construction of a 40'x60' detached garage within the 75' buffer zone of existing wetlands.

2.  Variance application for Zoning Ordinance Article VIII, section D 1-A & D 2-A.  This is a request from Noel and Tom Gordon of 105 Caleb Drive to permit an 18x24 inground pool and a 10'16' shed within existing wetlands.

The complete applications are on file in the Selectmen's office and are available to the public.
