Zoning Board of Adjustment

Tuesday, June 30, 2020 - 7:30pm to 9:30pm

The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on June 30, 2020 at 7:30 pm in the town hall to discuss 2 applications:

 

1. 7:30 PM -  Special Exception application for Zoning Ordinance Article II section C from Brenda Merrill of 70 GH Carter Drive.  This is for a request for usage of an existing ADU.  

2.   8:15 PM - Variance application for Zoning Ordinance Article VI section B from David Farry of 175 Pine Street.  This is for a request to build a a 28'x30' addition (garage w/master suite above) within the 15ft setback.

.The complete applications are on file in the Selectmen’s office, and are available to the public. 

If you are planning on attending the hearing, we ask that you wear a mask and adhere to social distancing of 6 feet.
