The Danville Planning Board will hold a public hearing on January 23, 2020 at 7:30pm in the town hall to discuss amendments to the Danville Zoning Ordinance. Specifically this will clarify the use of the terms “mobile home” and “manufactured home/housing” as those terms appear throughout the zoning ordinance. Also an amendment to Article IV.A.2.d.6 will be discussed, specifically to allow the use of signs in conjunction with a home occupation.
