Planning Board

The Danville Planning Board will hold a public hearing on January 9, 2020 at 7:30pm in the town hall to discuss the following proposed warrant articles pertaining to the zoning ordinance: amend Article IV.A.4.b.6 to continue the approved status of approved accessory dwelling units when a property is transferred; add Article IV.B.2.k to expand the allowed uses in the Danville Village District that are not already specifically noted, subject to site plan review and approval; amend the boundaries of the Danville Village District as described in Article III.B to include properties along Main Street to the Fremont town line, and along the state maintained portion of Colby Road; and add Article IV.B.5 to allow owners of property along Main Street to apply to the Planning Board to designate their parcels to be included in the Danville Village District.
