Plumbing permits can be pulled at the Town Hall Monday through Friday 8:30 - 4:30.

Plumbing Permit Fees
New Construction
	Application Fee per Unit	$35.00
	Permit Fee - Rough	$50.00
	Final
Re-inspection fee		$50.00

Five (5) fixtures included in the permit fee.
Over five the cost is $3.00 per fixture.
Stack is a fixture.
Dishwasher & kitchen sink are considered one (1) fixture.
No charge for water distribution systems.

Tank & heater considered a fixture UNLESS a Mechanical Permit
has been pulled for gas.

Remodeling
	Application Fee	$15.00

Mechanical
	Application Fee	$15.00
	Permit Fee - Usually One Inspection	$50.00
Commercial
	Application Fee	$75.00
	Permit Fee - Each Inspection per unit	$50.00

The person pulling the permit must be a:
• Licensed New Hampshire plumber with Proof of NH master license
• Valid driver's license
• And/or Home owner with:
• Proof of ID and residence (single family only)
• Home owner must reside where permit is being applied for-no other occupants, no business or duplex

NO APARTMENTS
