October 22, 2009

Members Present: Barry Hantman-chairman, Bill Hadley, Tara Burkhart, Joe Luna-Selectman rep

The meeting began at 7:30 and was televised.

I. Minutes:

The minutes of the October 8, 2009 meeting reviewed.  It was noted that there is no line in the 2010 budget for team jackets.  Bill moved and Tara seconded a motion to accept the minutes of October 8, 2009 as written.  The motion passed.

II. Correspondence:

• A publication catalog from LGC: Two items will be ordered with the cost coming from the “Dues and Subscriptions” line item.

• “The Source,” fall edition

• Notice of the 68^th Annual Conference of NHLGC to be held Nov 18-20 in Manchester.

III. Zoning Changes:

At this time there are no proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance.

IV. Master Plan:

Joe updated the capital improvement projects and annualized costs spreadsheet based on the changes discussed at a previous meeting.  Barry will take this updated sheet and the updated chapters and incorporate them into an electronic format.  This will be taken to the printer in preparation for the public hearing on December 10^th.

V. Other Business:

Joe moved and Bill seconded a motion to meet only on the second Thursday of November and December.  The motion passed unanimously.

At 7:48pm Tara moved and Bill seconded a motion to adjourn.  The motion passed unanimously.
