The Danville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on February 21, 2017.

At 7:30pm in the Town Hall the Board will continue the discussion regarding Peter Gorton of 78 Walker Road is requesting a variance of the Danville Zoning Ordinance article VL.A, regarding lots with less than 200’ of frontage for a proposed subdivision. The lot is known as Tax Map and Lot 3-21-15.

At 8pm in the Town Hall the Board will discuss an appeal for a rehearing. This is for the appeal from an administrative decision made by the Danville Heritage Commission regarding a subdivision approval made by the Danville Planning Board on September 8, 2016 for Tax map 2 Lot 75, owned by Delridge Realty, which is adjacent to the Meeting House land (Map 2, lot 73) and cemetery (Map 2, Lot 74), which are lots in the Historic District.
