A Day in the Life of A 16 year old in 1890
As I woke from my sleep, I felt the chill of spring through the front door. My name is Jessica and I live in New Hampshire, in a town called Hawke. The town helped to raise my family's house last June. That's the time of year when the crops are growing and we can all help build each others houses. Our house was built just in time for my little sister to be born, her name is Julie and she is two months old now. In our house there is a table, three chairs, a pot over a fire place and my warm bed, all in one room. My mother and father have a door on their room. My mother makes the food and works in the garden and the house. My father is a silver smith and his name is John. This is yet not about them nor about me, this is to teach you about the 1890's.
