CONSERVATION COMMISSION

 

 

MINUTES OF OCTOBER 9, 2002

 

 

Present: Laura Games (Chairperson), Judy Jervis, Dave Jefferson and Jason Holder

 

The meeting was called to order at 6:30PM and was not televised.

 

MAIL/ANNOUNCEMENTS/DISCUSSIONS

 

  1. BUDGET 2003- The Commission reviewed discussed and amended the Commission’s budget of 2003.

  2. LCHIP- A discussion in regards to the update LCHIP proposed application.

ASSOCIATION OF CONSERVATION COMMISSION- The Commission received a ballot to see if the Commission was in favor of the Legislation that the Association of Conservation Commission was putting forward. The Commission reviewed and answered the questions on the ballot and will forward it back to them.

  10. LETTER FROM RON COMEAU- Laura said that Ron has asked if he could change his status from a full time member on the Commission to an alternate, due to work schedule.

 

The meeting adjourned at 8:30PM.
