CONSERVATION COMMISSION

MINUTES OF JUNE 5, 2002

Present: Laura Games (chairperson), Jason Holder, ChrisGiordano, Chris Stafford and Judy Jervis.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30PM and was not televised.

MAIL/ANNOUNCEMENTS/DISCUSSIONS
  1. Adopt A Road-The Commission discussed the adopt a road program. Chris S. will contact the Danville Dads in regards to this.

  2. Exeter River Pamphlet- The Commission received some pamphlets and Laura passed them out.

  3. LCHIP/GRANTS- The Commission discussed LCHIP, other grants and current use money.

  4. NHDES/Gerry Drive- A revised plan of Gerry Drive was reviewed and discussed by the Commission.

  5. Pamphlets/Mail- Judy said that she had received in the mail some pamphlets, which she brought in to show the Commission. They are as follows: a. Introduction to ArcView 3.2 b. GPS for GIS c. Mapping Wildlife Habitat d. Planning for the future of local forests

Judy made a motion to adjourn. Chris G. 2nd the motion. The vote was unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 8:50PM.
