Present: Laura Games (Chairperson), Chris Giordano, Judy Jervis, Ron Comeau and Chris Stafford.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30PM and was not televised.

Laura introduced Chris Danforth, from the Schauer Environmental Consultants (SEC). The Commission reviewed the plans for a 19 lot sub-division and a expedited dredge and fill application located off of Walker Road. Chris Danforth explained the plans to the Commission. Chris G. asked about the catch basins if they would be placed? Chris Danforth said that they would be. Chris S. asked about the acreage? Chris Danforth said alittle over 2 acre lots. The Commission discussed the maps and both Laura and Judy questioned the cart path. Laura asked Chris G. if anyone had showed up at the Planning Board meeting at all on this? Chris G. said no, no one had. Laura said that she would place the concern in the letter about the cart path. The Commission agreed it would be nice to preserve some sort of trail network through there. The Commission will also walk the site tonight with Chris Danforth.

The Commission also reviewed Autumn Estates (extension), the plans on the proposing driveway easement. (Map 4 Lot 236) Chris G. explained to the Commission some of the discussions that took place at the Planning Board.

The meeting continued to the Walker Road 19 lot proposed sub-division. The Commission walked with Chris Danforth and viewed the site and the area that was to be filled. The Commission agreed that the dredge and fill application should be approved. Laura signed all the copies and returned them to the Town Clerk.

The meeting ended at 7:30PM.
